Since 1974, PLAYMOBIL® toys, created by Hans Beck, have become a classic throughout children's playrooms, with its many different play worlds - from Space to Wildlife adventures.
Approximately 2.7 billion of the beloved play figures with the iconic smile have been produced since then, sparking imaginative play for children all over the world. Around 30 different play themes are distributed in more than 100 countries worldwide. Both parents and educators recognize PLAYMOBIL®'s award-winning toys as a benchmark for high-value, quality play products.
PLAYMOBIL®'s unique play principle stimulates imagination and creativity and thus promotes child development. With PLAYMOBIL®, children can not only slip into many different roles, but also recreate and experience the world in miniature. In 2017 PLAYMOBIL® launched major license tie-ins with Ghostbusters and How to Train Your Dragon. Come in to our Brighton store to see one of the largest ranges of Playmobil in Melbourne.
LEGO® has been in our toy room for over 50 years. Nowadays we have the creative freedom of the basic bricks or the ability to build spaceships and buildings seen on the big screen from Star Wars, DC and Marvel Superheroes to LEGO’s® very own movies. At Pop Toys we celebrate what’s new in LEGO® but also have an eye on the past to offer retired sets – those no longer in production. Often we will only have very limited numbers of the retired sets so they may not be listed on the site but offered in our Brighton store.
At Pop Toys we curate a range of games based on the merging of popular licenses and big board name games. So when you ask for Monopoly we ask which one?
The name Tsum Tsum is derived from the Japanese verb tsumu meaning "to stack", because the toys are shaped like rectangles and designed to stack on top of each other, forming a pyramid shape. The vinyl versions are manufactured in different sizes by Jakks Pacific. Focusing on Disney characters and Disney owned characters the Tsum Tsums are collectable and stackable!
