Pop Toys Terms & Conditions

Thanks for checking out our Pop Toys website. Here are a few T’s & C’s that might offer answers to some questions you might have. Of course if you have a question that’s not answered here get in touch with us through the Contact page

SHIPPING

  • We ship to Australian addresses, generally with Australia Post.
  • Shipping is $12.95 per order or FREE if your order is over $150.
  • We prepare your order in our Brighton, Victoria store and ship within 1 – 3 business days.
  • Express post can be requested at an additional cost. This should be done via out contact page.
  • Your items will be packed with care in bubble wrap and sent in a box.

AVAILABILITY

  • We endeavour to have the item listed in stock but some may default to available to backorder. Backorders will take up to an additional 2 weeks to obtain stock from our suppliers. You will be notified of this.
  • If stock is sold out or unavailable from our suppliers a full refund will be offered.
  • Searching for something that’s not on our website? Give us a call or touch base using the contact page. We have hundreds of Pop Vinyls, LEGO sets and more in our store. If not in store we may still be able to help you via our suppliers – don’t be afraid to ask!

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Our items are new unless stated otherwise. We are collectors ourselves and will try to ensure you get your items in good condition. We review items we receive from our suppliers for obvious flaws in packaging however it is important to note that items like Pop Vinyl can have minor paint flaws as is the nature of the production. These items have passed Funko Quality Control. Equally the boxes are designed to carry and protect the figure so minor “imperfections” can exist. We recommend if you are really fussy about your box being in “mint” condition that you purchase in store.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will however exchange an item (Change of mind) in-store only within 7 days of purchase. Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange.

IN STORE POP VINYL REWARDS CARD

In our Brighton Store we offer a rewards card for your Pop Vinyl purchases. Every Pop Vinyl purchase earns you a stamp and once you have purchased 11 Pops your 12th Pop Vinyl is free. The free Pop must be chosen from our range of standard (common) Pops. This offer is subject to change and should the program change there is no value in any incomplete rewards cards. Pop Vinyls discounted may be excluded from receiving a stamp on purchase – check with staff at the time of any sale.
