This Tele-Viper figure contains 6 character-inspired accessory pieces including 2 alt heads with visor readouts inspired by the original G.I. Joe cartoon, VS-11 Scanner, Communipac, cable, and figure stand. Tele-Vipers are the RTOs (Radio Telecommunications Operators) of the Cobra ground forces.

Their modular radio pack allows for frequency hopping, encryption, and passive jamming and anti-jamming.
